According to our vast experience, R. D. Mould & Industry established a well infrastructural base which is associated with highly advanced amenities. Our infrastructural base is spread into units like Quality Assurance, R & D, Production, Administration, Marketing & Sales, etc. we also have a unit for newcomer who wants to embark new business our unit help them to provide all guidance about preferable machinery and material and its availabilities we also help them to provide short-time training session like how to operate machine and maintain it .

EVALUATION

  • Product design department provides product information to injection mould design department, injection mould designers complete cost analysis in two working days, and provide to R & D manager
  • R & D department release “Mould Making Apply “to plastic injection mould design department after confirmed the project.
  • Injection mould designers organize relevant personnel to review the project base on the product information, including product structure, mould structure, cooling system runner, slang, venting, etc.

MOULD DESIGN

  • After evaluation, the injection mould designer begins to design the plastic injection mould, including 3D drawing correction, 3D parting, mould parts assembly drawing, EDM Drawing Electrode Drawing, etc., and organize relevant personnel to evaluate those drawings, then issue to plastic injection mould making department.

MATERIAL ORDER

  • Injection mould makers evaluate and study the drawings, and order mould materials if there is no objection, otherwise communicate with the plastic injection mould designers.

MATERIAL INSPECTION

  • Injection mould maker inspects the mould materials in time after the material arrives at the factory, and arrange technicians to do locksmith works, include turning, grinding, milling, screw holes, water carrying hole, center hole.

SHAPING & GRINDING

  • In the second stage of Mould Making Mould’s Shaping process done with our state of the art facility Tool Room, where Shaper & Surface Grinder do their job.

MACHINING

  • In this stage CNC & VMC Machines run according to CAD/CAM Programs- which gives shape to the main plates.

POLISHING & HARDENING

  • High quality polishing materials & equipment are used for Mould Polishing, For Mould’s long life & Sustainability we use 4 different hardening processes 1) Liquid Nitriding 2) Gas Nitriding 3) Plasma Nitriding or 4) Vacuum Hardening.

ASSEMBLY

  • Once machining done Mould moves to the Assembly station, where high quality Guide Pin, Bush Fitting, Cold & Hot Runner Bush, Injector Bush Pin, Injector Plates etc. inserts.

INSPECTION

  • Finished parts undergo one the final inspection in our staging area to ensure consistency across production shifts. Here we check all the things about the mold and give the green signal to the mould for their journey. Because this is the last stage of quality check, We want it to meet the customer in good condition, and to work long.

TESTING

  • Mould Testing is the final stage in mould making. At R.D. Mould & Industry’s test lab, We use strict measures for mould testing- Where product tests for its Accuracy, Life, Quality, Defect, Sustainability & Performance.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY

  • We are equipped with a technologically advanced and spacious warehousing unit. We use standard packaging material. Each article is individually packed and inspected well before dispatch. We also closely monitor the delivery of each and every mould, and take a review from every customer after successfully delivering their product.
