Packaging is one of the most important steps. We always use high quality packaging material to pack the mould & it’s accessories. Just as importantly, good packaging keeps mould safe during its delivery to our consumer’s doorstep by preventing our product bouncing around or getting crushed during transit.

Our packaging system is very simple. First we bring all the items that will be shipped. We make sure that all parts of the mould are gone under the quality check & testing. We Wrapping and cushioning your items separately, that helps you ensure the items won’t move around so much and if they do, won’t result in damage. Items that could be affected by dirt, water, or wet conditions should be placed in a plastic bag within your package. We put all the items into the wooden box and seal the box very carefully. We’ll ship the box to you and now the mould is ready to use.

There are a lot of different types of packaging material we can use when packaging our products for delivery. We normally use wooden boxes to pack the moul and we make sure that it has good strength and quality. If you choose low-quality materials for your shipments, these materials could weaken and break during delivery, resulting in ruptures in the box or the product getting damaged during the journey.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please  allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
