The Plastic Sweet Box Mould consists of two primary components,  the injection mould (Core plate) and the ejector mould (Cavity plate). We use P-20-2738 Prehard HRC40-42 material to construct the mold, it should be thoroughly cleaned with Polish, Chrome, Nitriding , Vacuum Hardening. In Plastic Sweet Box Mold, the number of cavities can be from 1 to 4. The molding cycle time on the machine consists of the injection time, which depends on the size and machine power. In this mould use an air injector system and the mould life is depends upon the cavity of the mould.
